Salsa Verde Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 Boneless Pork Chops
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 cup Green Mexican Sauce Salsa Verde
- 1/2 cup Chicken Stock
- 2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
Instructions
- Start by seasoning the pork chops with salt and pepper and sear them over medium to high heat with 2 tbsp of butter till browned on both sides.
- Once the pork chops have cooked fully, place on a plate and allow them to set for 5 minutes
- Now in the same pan add the salsa verde along with the chicken stock and saute on medium heat for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the lime juice, pour over the pork chops. Enjoy!
