Salsa Verde Pork Chops


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Boneless Pork Chops
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Green Mexican Sauce Salsa Verde
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Stock
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice

Instructions

  1. Start by seasoning the pork chops with salt and pepper and sear them over medium to high heat with 2 tbsp of butter till browned on both sides.
  2. Once the pork chops have cooked fully, place on a plate and allow them to set for 5 minutes
  3. Now in the same pan add the salsa verde along with the chicken stock and saute on medium heat for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the lime juice, pour over the pork chops. Enjoy!
